Key Responsibilities:

  • B2 level English (or higher)
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with product or service inquiries and technical issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions

Requirements:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide users through basic setups and problem resolutions.
  • Record and track technical issues using internal ticketing systems,
  • Escalate more complex problems to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
