About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing support team! If you are fluent in one of the following languages German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Greek, or any other language and have at least a B2 level of English, we would love to hear from you.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Greek, or any other language
- B2 level English (or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
- Customer-oriented mindset,
- Ability to work in a multicultural enviroment independently and as part of a team,
