Victor's Journey from Bulgaria to Mykonos, Greece as a Receptionist

"My name is Victor, and I am originally from Bulgaria. Working abroad and building an international career in hospitality was always one of my personal goals.

Because I enjoy communication, customer service, and working with people from different countries, I decided to focus on receptionist and front office positions within the hospitality industry.

While searching for international opportunities, I connected with HR Mrs Natalia. From the beginning, the communication was professional and supportive, and the team helped guide me through the recruitment process step by step.

With their support, I successfully found an opportunity in Mykonos, Greece as a Receptionist.

Moving to Mykonos was a completely new experience for me. The island is beautiful, especially during the summer season, and working in such an international hospitality environment helped me improve both personally and professionally.

During my time in Greece, I also started learning a bit of Greek, which made daily life more enjoyable and helped me communicate better with local people and colleagues. Being able to adapt to a new environment and culture became one of the most valuable parts of this experience.

Working in hospitality in Mykonos allowed me to meet guests and professionals from many different countries while continuing to improve my communication and customer service skills.

One thing I truly appreciated was the support and guidance from VS Talent Tracker throughout the process. Having professional support during such a big career move helped me feel more confident and prepared for this opportunity abroad.

Today, I continue building my hospitality experience in Greece and I'm very grateful for the opportunity and journey so far.

I would definitely encourage other candidates who dream about working internationally to take the opportunity and believe in themselves."
