About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for users, assisting them with troubleshooting, technical inquiries, and general IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2 level English (or higher)
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions
Requirements:
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Guide users through basic setups and problem resolutions.
- Record and track technical issues using internal ticketing systems,
- Escalate more complex problems to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
