Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Assist with IT security initiatives and data protection measures.
  • Document issues and solutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex problems if needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IT support or IT technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and software troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practice.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
