About the Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Content Moderation team! If you are fluent in one of the following languages :German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Greek, or any other language and have at least a B2 level of English, You will play a key role in reviewing online content to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards., and ensure an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms.
- Ensure content complies with company policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potentially sensitive issues.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to a safe and positive online environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Bulgarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Greek, or any other language.
- B2 level English (or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
